Jadeite is a depression glassware made of jade-green opaque glass. There are 3 major manufacturers for this kind of glass starting in the 1930s by McKee Glass, and Jeannette Glass who both called their green glass Jadite. Fire-king by Anchor Hocking Glass start in the 1940s and named their glass Jade-ite.
Manufacturing flaws, such as minor roughness around mold lines, mold marks, dark specks found under the glaze and ripples, are common since Fire-King glassware at its best was always an imperfect glassware.
The Fire-King line includes bowls, casseroles, cups, plates, serving platters, creamers, vases and more. Fire-King is not designed for dishwasher use, which can dull its original luster.
No visible signs of Chips, Cracks, Scratches or Damage. In great condition, it is like new and never used.
